ANTIQUE OTTOMAN GOLD & SILVER THREAD YELEK VEST JACKET BALKAN CHILDS? VINTAGE

This item is out of my wheelhouse, any help with identifying it properly would be appreciated. Please message me thank you.
I'm borrowing key words from similar items sold. It appears to be antique, at least 19th century. It is heavily embroidered with silver and gold thread.
The outside embroidery appears to be in good condition with some discoloration noticed. The interior show staining, including water stains.
The chest size measures out to about 30" so this is possibly a child's or youth garment.
Please see photos for details. Once again any expert help would be appreciated. I'd like to find the proper keywords so this can find the right home.  Professional cleaning or conservation may be needed.

My Grandfather who was a collector purchased this from a dealer in Afghanistan in the 70s.
I have a garage full of these Central Asian antiquates, Silver, Coins and Lapis that I will slowly be listing over time, as I get more information on them.
I plan on lowering the price once I get a better grasp of the value of the item.
