    Description

This is a bulk price for 5 TUBES of Inswool Pumpable Caulk, uses a standard caulking gun INSWOOL PUMPABLE is a 2300°F ceramic fiber, putty-like consistency material, especially formulated for pumping with special equipment. It is usually used for pumping behind existing hot face linings for insulating purposes; however it can be used to fill small voids and thin cracks. ............................................................................................................................................................................................. INSWOOL PUMPABLE is a light weight material with very low thermal conductivity, and therefore a good insulator. It dries to a firm, board-like consistency, for good sturdy integrity. Its ability to compress makes it ideal for expansion joints, and for filling contraction cracks. In addition it is used in contact with molten aluminum. ................................................................................................................................................................................................... Although normally used as a backup material for hot spots, as mentioned above, when used as a hot face material, the INSWOOL PUMPABLE has excellent thermal shock resistance, and can be dried or put into service immediately with no pre-heat required, with the exception of direct molten metal contact. Then the INSWOOL PUMPABLE should first be thoroughly dried, and fired, to remove all mechanical water the entire depth of the material, to avoid dangerous steam explosion. ......................................................................................................................................................................................................... Warning:...................................... This is a refractory material which is hazardous to your health if ingested or inhaled. Wear gloves and mask when handling. MSDS is available on request...............

TF-3 Paragon Replacement Control Relay for most Paragon 220/240 Volt Kilns
    TF-3 Paragon Control Relay
Relay 30 AMP, 12 Volt Coil
This relay fits Kilns that run on 220V/240 volts. This is the relay for the 18" and up kilns. There are usually 2 or more of these relays in the larger kilns. These relays cycle and off during the firing. Relays have a life in the 300,000 click range. If one bank of coils does not heat or stays on, then a new relay is needed. If a relay fails on, switch the kiln off at the breaker and unplug the kiln. Do not run the kiln again until the relay has been changed. It takes all the relays working together for the kiln to work properly.
Check your kiln to make sure of fitment.
You may have more than one installed.
