Method of use
1.Lay the pad flat on the slide of the  roller shaft. Place the finished plate on the pad with ink

. Rotate  the lifting hand wheel so that the roller is in a proper position  downward, pressing down one end of the above "assembly"
3.Rotate the forward handwheel on the side. It's a combination that  slowly moves forward until it's finished

All   returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in  new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the  shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items,  depending on the condition.
